I have spent over 1/2 of my life at this company. Zotec is a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management that specializes in providing medical billing and practice management services. I held several positions from a data analyst, developer, and now an EDI Manager.
EDI Manager:
As an EDI Manager I have led a dedicated team of professionals to oversee claims submission, payment retrieval, and claims processing with an emphasis on automation and process improvement. Oversee implementation and operations of EDI systems used in healthcare settings.
Team Lead, Senior EDI Analyst, and Software Engineer:
Managed a team of 5 direct reports and engaged in extensive project-based development work, including database creation, report generation, and table development. Performed software development activities in multiple languages, including VBScript, PowerShell, VB.NET, C#, C++, and SQL. Transitioned business model to Agile and migrated +2K visual basic scripting (VBScript) to C# and Python.

The Center serves as a community-based organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the well-being of the LGBTQ+ community in Southern Nevada. The Center offers a wide range of services and programs designed to enhance the quality of life for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies.
IT Contract Manager:
As "the IT Guy" I delivered desktop support and maintained a 10-computer public cyber center to enable users to utilize computers for job searches and entertainment purposes. Provided remote support for a 25-user Windows, MacOS desktop, and laptop environment. Assisted the center in generating confidential reports on visitation, surveys, and information gathering while prioritizing user data privacy.
One of my biggest accomplishments was the CyberCenter. I developed CyberCenter sign-in web page for usage tracking of public computers (using ASP.NET and SQL) and created reports based on user sign-in data. Users would come into The Center and have access to 8 different computers to assist them with job seeking and keep in touch with family and friends.
At Double-Take I was a Level 2 software support engineer. Double-Take Software is a company known for its data replication and recovery solutions, primarily focusing on providing real-time data protection and easy accessibility for businesses to ensure minimal downtime in the event of system failures or disasters. The company's products are designed to enhance disaster recovery, migration, and high-availability strategies across various computing environments, including Windows and Linux platforms.
Level II Software Support Engineer:
Provided comprehensive telephonic support to customers both domestically and internationally. My primary responsibility was to ensure the optimal functioning of Double-Take within customer environments, thereby maintaining high availability. I was pivotal in rapid response and resolution efforts during critical downtimes, working diligently with my team to restore customer systems with minimal disruption.
As a Senior Network Administrator, I was honored to work for one of the coolest video game companies in my lifetime. Blizzard Entertainment is a premier developer and publisher of entertainment software, known for creating some of the most critically acclaimed video games in the industry.
Senior Network Administrator:
Managed enterprise network including internal servers, Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, network security and capacity and performance management for 1000 users. I designed and implemented Active Directory migration [Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000/2003].I also developed Windows Scripts to automate fixed asset and resource management.
